Spiderman and Captain America (more like Captain Why-Won’t-They-Let-Me-Die-And-Stay-Dead..ica), in THE GETTYSBURG DISTRESS. I wish I were making this up but I’m really not. Matt Fraction’s words of confoundment and wonder will be brought to life by Andy Macdonald (who?) as these two spandex clad time travelers go back in time to witness Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address and, I’m assuming, to relieve some distress in some manner.
Why this needs to happen, I have no idea. What the purpose of this trip would be, I really couldn’t guess. But come on guys, LINCOLN AND SPIDEY IN THE SAME ROOM. That’s, uh, cool… right?
