There’s good reason that a lot of our military soldiers are clean shaven, but I bet you didn’t know that one of them was because beards scare people- yes, even in Afghanistan. No thanks to Osama Bin Laden and his massive soup catcher, men with beards, no matter where they’re from, can catch suspicious glares and frightful glances from not only Americans by Afghanistan natives.
So if you’re going over seas, grab a Mach5 and suffer those nicks and cuts for the good of the people. Or else your beard will be discriminated against, and until we can have equal rights for beards of all walks of life you’ll just have to suck it up.
