Deadpool: Suicide Kings 2 of 5- The Punisher is after Deadpool because everyone thinks he blew up a building when in fact he was set up by his own client. A literal laugh-out-loud moment was the above panel, after Castle attacked him the first time: He was blasted through the right eye at point blank and bashed through ceilings, walls, and into pavement. Although Deadpool may have a remarkable healing factor, he can still feel a good beatdown when it happens and he was delirious as he made his way to a friend’s house, hallucinating her as Bea Arthur for a brief moment.
Another funny segment was the second time Castle came after him, chopping off both arms and slicing from the middle of his back and out. Something unexpectedly knocks Castle unconscious and the last panel is the silhouette of Daredevil crouching in the window. The armless Deadpool torso says, “Go on, you know you want to say it,” to which Daredevil replies deadpan, “Thought you could use a hand.” ba-dum-tsh! Pick it up if you like odd humour, senseless violence, and watching Deadpool getting the crap beat out of him.
