There have been small eruptions in the past, but this is the Obama administration’s first real full-blown scandal. How it’s dealt with will be indicative of 1) what we should expect re: 44’s promised “transparency” for the next four to eight years, and 2) how good he is at damage repair. He has his work cut out for him.
