Forget all the Obama campaign’s propoganda about John McCain being George W. Bush’s successor. The truth is, McCainface the POW isn’t the next solid link in the chain of “Duh.” Sarah Palin is. This was evinced most clearly earlier today, when Palin decried the impediment of First Amendment rights. Now before a faint glimmer of hope begins to form in your cynical, shriveled husk of a heart, know this: The First Amendment rights are hers, and she believes the media is violating them by challenging her on her many demonstrable falsehoods and McCarthyist slanders.
What right do those mongrels have to attack a nationally-known public servant seeking one of the nation’s highest offices with the demand she be held to a modicum of accountability? Where Sarah comes from, that’s known as being a traitor. And Sarah may be too much of a good American to admit this publicly, but these attacks aren’t just being perpetrated by the beltway establishment media. Another, equally insidious, and far more shadowy group is trying to put a muzzle on her. These inveterate scoundrels are known only by the collective descriptor: The McCain Campaign.
